Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Consultant in a tech driven setting
- Strong familiarity with Google suite: mail, calendar, documents, slides, sheets, drive
- Experience with issue tracking and/or customer relationship management software

Importantly, our solutions are designed specifically for Medicaid and lower-income Medicare beneficiaries, and we meet our members where they are, bringing care into the home and neighborhoods through our community-based care teams and Virtual Care offerings
- The Senior Associate, Partner Success role is devoted to excellence in two primary functions; (1) outstanding project management executed with a high degree of professionalism and customer service orientation, and (2) internal project management and content creation for the Partner Success and broader Commercial teams’ execution
- This role requires a high level of organization, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to hold accountability (themselves and others) over deliverables spanning multiple markets and workstreams with minimal supervision day to day
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys making to-do lists and hates leaving tasks incomplete
- Strong technical skills in programs such as Powerpoint and Google Slides is crucial, as well as the ability to craft concepts and ideas into engaging visual formatting
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and client partners to ensure effective coordination and communication of assignments and work tasks ensuring the success of the Partner Success team in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional project management support for Partner Success leads. Attend functional team meetings, maintain agendas and running notes, identify and track decisions and action items
- Support the Partner Success team by helping to scope and continuously improve new and existing deliverables, document requirements, and build out execution plans
- Partner with internal and external project managers to ensure teams are aligned on deliverables and issues and risks are mitigated
- Recommend and support project management of process improvements and innovative solutions to problems big and small within the Partner Success team
- Manage against project plans and proactively report-out on progress, blockers and key decisions
- Execute on all project plans and management tasks daily
- Ensure deliverables are executed with a exceptional quality and integrity
- Directly compose PPT presentations to be shared with internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Escalate inquiries or matters to the appropriate parties and channels and ensure end to end close out of incoming inquiries from clients, leaving no loose ends and ensuring positive customer service experience for clients
