Who you are
- Previous experience in an IT security leadership role
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP)
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for SaaS environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
What the job involves
- Limble is looking for a Head of Information Security to join our growing team
- As our Head of Security, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data
- You’ll rely on your proven experience in developing and leading comprehensive security strategies to identify and mitigate risks while supporting the growth of our company
- Develop, implement, and maintain a security strategy that aligns with Limble’s business objectives
- Lead the design of security policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our needs and adhere to industry regulations and best practices
- Conduct risk management activities, audits, and evaluations across corporate IT infrastructure and products using recognized methodologies and frameworks
- Identify potential areas where data security policies and procedures need revision or development and mitigate information security risks
- Act as the key liaison on security and privacy matters, including the prioritization of risk remediation and communication of risk decisions that drive business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security objectives
- Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices to proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Oversee operations of the security team and create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure the performance of the security organization
- Communicate with current or potential Limble customers regarding security processes
- Ensure Limble’s employees are trained on and adhere to security best practices
