Role
Who you are
- Mindera is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in mortgages and lending to join our team
- Minimum of 8 years in product management, preferably with experience in software products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform product decisions
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools related to product management (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Productboard)
- Strong passion for technology and its implications for user experience
What the job involves
- In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of our clients mortgage products, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with market demands
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for mortgage and lending solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the mortgage and lending space
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications
- Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user pain points, and refine product features
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform data-driven decision-making
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all products adhere to legal and ethical standards
