Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer, ideally in fintech, trading, or financial services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, user-centered design, and problem-solving
- Desire to experiment and learn with AI based design frameworks for mobile applications
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, and
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing, Content)
- Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, iterative environment balancing user needs and business goals
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities
- Background in trading platforms or financial markets is required
- Experience with micro-interactions, animation, and advanced prototyping
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user-centered product experiences across our trading platforms, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
- This role will be pivotal in driving product innovation, shaping design strategy, and ensuring exceptional usability in partnership with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams
- Take ownership of UI/UX strategy and execution across mobile, web and desktop trading platforms
- Lead design strategy, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that optimize user journeys
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and content teams to translate business needs into elegant solutions
- Conduct and integrate user research, analytics, and qualitative feedback to iterate and improve product designs
- Oversee design systems and asset libraries, ensuring consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performance design culture
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to elevate ThinkMarkets’ product experiences
