• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field, with successful experience at a top technology-driven service business or integrated enterprise software business strongly preferred, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role

• Ensures alignment between teams focused on individual products and those focused on shared resources (e.g., portals, central entity data)
• Owns execution, including development, launch, and post-launch management, collaborating with Service & Business Enablement, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders

• Creates and maintains product/service bundles, aligning with Growth Enablement on pricing strategies and models
• Tests and implements price changes for individual products and bundles
• Manages ongoing product-level pricing execution

• Provides input on and executes portfolio management actions to optimize product mix and resource allocation
