Who you are
- Have 5-7 years of benefits experience, preferably in a high growth environment (required)
- Have previously implemented and managed international benefits (required)
- Are experienced in Workday benefits implementation (required)
- Possess strong working knowledge of benefits market trends and best practices
- Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver amazing results
- Are an exceptional communicator, particularly in writing
What the job involves
- Anthropic is seeking an experienced Benefits Partner to join our Total Rewards team for a 6 month contract
- N this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits programs that support our employees' well-being and contribute to Anthropic's position as an employer of choice
- You will partner closely with Payroll, Legal, HRBPs and Finance to create a smooth benefits administration experience for all employees
- Manage day-to-day administration of our existing benefits offerings, including health plans, financial plans, and wellness initiatives
- Research, propose, and implement benefit solutions that align with our company culture and employee needs
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where Anthropic operates
- Manage implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support for benefits in HRIS, including downstream vendor integrations
- Develop and deliver benefits training and documentation for all employees, e.g. benefits onboarding, open enrollment, new benefits launches, etc
- Collaborate with Finance team to manage benefits budgets and analyze cost-effectiveness of programs
- Support employee benefits tickets and manage relationships with vendors and brokers

Funded by Google and founded by ex-OpenAI employees, Anthropic is an AI company focused on building a reliable, innovative AI system. While the company is relatively new to the market it has already launched a highly anticipated AI chat assistant called Claude which is set to rival OpenAI's ChatGPT.
Similar to other chatbots, Claude is accessible through a chat interface and can provide a number of conversation and text-processing tasks. A key point of differentiation is that Claude is designed to produce less harmful outputs than that of the other chatbots that came before it.
While there is much praise for the chat assistant, there is still room for improvement with feedback reporting that Claude is worse at maths and grammar compared to its rival. However, with industry giants like Google backing this company from an early stage, it is clear Anthropic has the potential to become a leading player within the AI industry.
