Role
Who you are
- 4+ Years of sales experience in B2B MarTech SaaS, deal sizes > $25,000
- Experience and success at a Series A startup
- Experience demoing a highly technical product, preferably in big data analysis
- 50% of pipeline will be provided by marketing, partnerships, etc. with the remaining expected to be sourced by the AE
- A self starter w/ exceptional organizational skills, tenacity with deals and CRM discipline
- This is a hybrid role, in office at our Midtown Manhattan location Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. No exceptions will be made for anyone who prefers a full time remote environment
What the job involves
- As a Dreamdata Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales process including managing inbound prospects, cold outreach to build your pipeline, discovery, pitching Dreamdata and closing deals that involve multiple stakeholders at midmarket and enterprise companies across the US.
- You’ll personally own both a named account list and territory that has a TAM of at least $100 Million
Our take
The biggest challenge facing B2B marketers is connecting their activities to revenue. With vast amounts of data available, it can be highly difficult to accurately determine where revenue is coming from, and where effort is being wasted. Dreamdata's platform provides a unique solution to this - one which it is hoping will allow it to carve a new segment of the market for itself.
A big advantage for Dreamdata is that it was first on the scene in this niche market; something which has enabled it to secure funding from an impressive list of backers - including Venture Capital and InReach Ventures. Furthermore, solutions that aid business efficiency are currently in high demand - for example, it is estimated that up to 69% of B2B ad spend is wasted on campaigns that fail to bring a return on investment. Since Dreamdata can successfully improve business efficiency, there is a big potential market for it to grow into.
Dreamdata has focused on establishing a strong client base and accelerating its product offerings, even launching a B2B alternative to Google Analytics called Digital Analytics. The company is well-positioned to see future growth and expansion as it shapes the space.
