  • We're looking for a motivated early career sales professional with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our EMEA Business Development team!

What the job involves

  • As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our outbound sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!
  • We seek talented and ambitious Outbound BDRs who can drive high-quality outbound prospecting while managing strategic sales processes in the EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our growing presence in the region
  • As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new enterprise customers in the EMEA region. We're building a team that combines a winning attitude with strategic thinking and sales excellence.
  • You'll have the opportunity to help shape our sales processes and build pipeline to support our Account Executive team. We believe in internal growth and provide clear career paths for sales professionals to advance their careers
  • Master Notion's platform and competitive landscape
  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customised and multichannel messaging for your market
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
  • Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  • Learn about our product inside and out working towards an AE role where you will develop the skills to give demos customised to the needs of different personas

This includes managing files, scheduling tasks, saving documents, writing to-do-lists, and setting reminders.

The company counts enterprise companies such as McDonald’s, The Wall Street Journal, Verizon, Samsung, and IBM as its customers. In spite of economic uncertainty, Notion reached a $2 billion valuation in 2020, helped by record signups as more people were forced to work from home. Its value has since risen to over 5 times this value, an impressive reflection of its success.

The company has made a number of strategic acquisitions that, coupled with its enormous market value and enviable customer list, have Notion well-placed to continue dominating the market. That being said, the launch of Microsoft-built competitor Loop at the end of 2023 will put Notion's market dominance to the test.
