Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
- IVR/IVA and/or Contact Center experience
- Experience with AI Solutions and SaaS projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project management software/tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What the job involves
- The Manager of PMO will be responsible to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the satisfaction of stakeholders, and will work closely with the Director of PMO on managing day-to-day operations
- Manage the PMO team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance
- Develop and implement project management processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO
