People Operations Coordinator, Harvey

• 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role
• Experience with an HRIS — Workday strongly preferred
• High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping
• Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked

Desirable

• We're looking for a People Ops Coordinator to own the operational backbone of our HR function. This is a high-execution role: you'll maintain the integrity of our data and systems, manage the mechanics of the employee lifecycle, and keep core processes running accurately across a growing global workforce
• You'll report into the Senior Manager, People Ops and work closely with Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards
• Own the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems — auditing, reconciling, and resolving inconsistencies before they become downstream problems
• Administer employee lifecycle transactions in Workday across the full arc of employment — new hires, changes, and departures — with precision and an understanding of what gets affected
• Manage the operational mechanics of contractor engagement and employee exits, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders from initiation to close
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, triaging and resolving requests with consistency and speed
• Maintain internal HR documentation and resources that help employees across regions navigate processes and find what they need
• Support recurring compliance and operational reporting, and own operational pieces of People Ops projects as the team and function scale
• Partner across HR, Legal, Finance, and business teams on People Ops initiatives — contributing operational rigor to cross-functional projects as the function builds and evolves
