Financial Manager, Twilio

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Financial Manager to join our GTM Finance team as the primary engine for EMEA Sales. You will act as a vital business partner, translating data into strategy while leading the charge on global commissions forecasting to ensure our investments drive maximum growth
• Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team
• Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions
• Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks
• Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support
• Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency
• Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership
