• As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner at SpyCloud, you will support hiring efforts across all areas of the business, from technical roles to corporate functions
• You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to overseeing interviews and delivering offers
• You will work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring timely and effective hires
• Source, screen, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles across the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions that align with team needs
• Utilize creative recruiting tactics such as LinkedIn outreach and job boards to attract top candidates
• Maintain all candidate communications, interview notes, and hiring process updates in our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical reviews, and debrief meetings with hiring teams
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback at every stage
• Regularly report recruitment progress, metrics, and candidate status to hiring managers and executives
• Jump in on various recruiting and onboarding projects as needed
