- The successful candidate will have extensive experience influencing business leaders and supporting decision-making in a rapidly changing environment

- 6+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
- Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel and PowerPoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred
- Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable
What the job involves
- Egnyte is looking for a Manager, FP&A to join our Mountain View team! We are at an exciting stage in our growth, and we need someone who can support our Executive Leadership to drive continued progress
- The successful candidate will be required to work in person with the team at our Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days per week
- Key driver/owner of operating expenses and decision support modeling for key business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to evaluate tradeoffs, assess investments, and support scenario planning
- Lead ROI and business case analysis for key initiatives to inform capital allocation and growth decisions
- Support preparation of investor and executive-facing financial materials, ensuring clear and compelling communication of performance and strategy
- This role is an onsite role and you will be required to attend the office in-person at least 3 days per week

However, due to the increasing complexity of data regulations, Egnyte switched to a more unified approach.
