• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures
• Experience driving adoption of technical products within engineering organizations

You will closely partner with our customers, uncover high-value problems, and direct the path towards adoption and transformational solutions
• Own the outcome of complex implementations for enterprise customers
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design robust technical solutions that meet our customer needs
• Build deep trust across engineers, end‑users, and executives to clear roadblocks and accelerate progress
• Drive adoption across technical teams by demonstrating value and establishing implementation roadmaps
• Work in tight collaboration with the product team to inform the future of the product
