Who you are
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

What the job involves
- Build, improve, and look after business-focused software, making sure it's up to standard and meets what the business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Document all processes and ensure that best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business applications, including performance bottlenecks and system failures
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company's application portfolio
