Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: SQL, Python, Excel, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Interest in financial systems and technology integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a motivated FinTech Product Management Summer Intern to join our IT team and contribute to technology initiatives supporting our financial systems, automation efforts, and digital transformation programs
- This is a hands-on opportunity to explore the intersection of finance, data, and technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You’ll work alongside experienced IT, Finance, and Product professionals to improve system integrations, streamline processes, and gain exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite and data analytics tools
- Jr. Product Manager for financial systems (e.g., ERP/ CRM/ CLM, and other apps)
- Help document system workflows, data flows, and process maps
- Contribute to PRDs and Product demo for upcoming feature releases, system improvements, and internal stakeholders
- Support system integration testing and troubleshooting under supervision
- Participate in automation and reporting projects (e.g., dashboard creation, data validation, or process optimization)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Finance, Accounting, and IT
- Prepare internal presentations, reports, and summaries of findings
- Contribute to AI-enabled FinTech initiatives by:
- Exploring use cases for generative AI in process automation, risk detection, and financial insights including data preparation, model testing, or prompt engineering for AI-driven tools
- Supporting pilot projects using AI or predictive analytics to improve efficiency across finance operations (e.g., expense categorization, payment matching, or customer insights)
