Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years focused on AI or machine learning products
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven solutions in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical customers
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with product management tools like Jira or similar
- A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details

- Workday is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across our corporate functions
- The AI Principal Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for AI-based solutions aimed at optimizing business functions such as Sales, CX, and Marketing
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, corporate function leaders, and other stakeholders, to ensure that AI products meet business needs, are delivered on time, and drive significant value
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions in corporate functions
- Identify opportunities for AI applications within corporate functions and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and delivers value to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with business leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing and other corporate functions to understand their needs and pain points
- Stay up-to-date on AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry standard methodologies. Identify new AI opportunities and innovative solutions that can be applied to enhance business operations and customer experience
- Identify and manage relationships with external AI vendors, partners, and consultants to use external expertise and technologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear product specifications
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design and develop AI solutions that meet business requirements
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to deployment and iteration
- Oversee the design of user interfaces and experiences that enhance usability and adoption within corporate functions
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI solutions by overseeing testing, validation, and iteration processes
- Leverage data to drive decision-making and continuously improve AI products
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of AI products on corporate functions
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using insights to guide product enhancements and updates
- Ensure that AI products adhere to relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and corporate policies
- Address concerns related to data privacy, bias, and transparency in AI solutions
- Assess competitive products and industry trends to inform product strategy and ensure competitive differentiation
