Who you are
- The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, has superior project management skills, and can build and leverage critical relationships with Marketing, Growth, Product, and other functions to ensure success
- Experience: 3+ years in event marketing within B2B healthcare, health-tech, or AI-enabled services preferred
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute events strategically to support company growth objectives
- Budget and Contract Management: Experience managing and executing budgets for events, as well as processing and execution of vendor contracts and invoice processing
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across the marketing team and with stakeholders within the organization
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing deadlines, budgets, and resources
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Copywriting and editing expertise
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to inform strategy
- Expert use of Microsoft 365 suite of programs, project management software (Monday.com or similar)
- Experience and comfort working cross stream in the organization
What the job involves
- Pager Health is seeking an Events Marketing Manager, responsible for the management, execution, and performance analysis of Pager Health sponsorships, conferences, proprietary events, and webinars
- You will be responsible for the strategy, research, planning, organization, budget/expenditure, on-site management, and post-event follow-up across events
- Additionally, this role will manage vendor relations for the marketing department and is responsible for project management for marketing budget billing, invoicing, and processing, and other ongoing marketing projects
- Manage the development and execution of the company’s global event strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
- Oversee strategic vendor partnerships and contracting to support long-term event success
- Event Calendar & Planning – Own the annual global event calendar
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define event priorities, recommend participation, and establish success metrics
- Manage and execute all logistical components for events, including in-personal, virtual, and webinars, from pre-event, on site, through to post-event
- Ensure fiscal discipline, cost-effectiveness, and ROI across all initiatives, while maintaining high-quality execution
- Post-Event Analysis & Reporting – Lead post-event debriefs and performance reviews. Analyze data, track ROI, and present actionable insights into marketing leadership
- Champion best practices and operational efficiency across the events function
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth and Product teams to ensure messaging, presence and brand is represented effectively at events, including visuals, speaking sessions, messaging, and promotional materials
