What the job involves

We’re looking for a seasoned leader to own and scale our global Technical deployment organization
You will lead a team of Technical Deployment Specialists (TDS) to deliver technically sophisticated, high-impact solutions for our customers
You will define best practices, build playbooks, and ensure our deployment processes scale as Planhat grows
Manage, grow and coach a global team of Technical Deployment Specialists
Design and evolve the end-to-end deployment lifecycle — from discovery and scoping to integration, configuration, and go-live
Build repeatable frameworks: playbooks, templates, and scalable processes to drive quality and speed
Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales & Product to align customer deployment strategy with business goals
Act as a technical architect in complex deployments: integrate with customer data systems, build automations, and ensure robust data flows
Lead process improvements to reduce deployment time, optimize resource utilization, and boost customer satisfaction
Track and report on deployment metrics: team capacity, utilization, customer outcomes, deployment velocity
Be a hands-on leader: resolve escalations, train TDS team, and participate in high-risk go-lives

Initially a bootstrapped company, Planhat had already built a significant business by the time it closed its first investment round in 2022. This funding is being used to support the company's growth by scaling its commercial teams, accelerating its R&D and further developing the product.
