Who you are

2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a digital/software environment
Strong data skills – ability to analyse customer performance metrics and create reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Proficient in CRM tools – experience managing customer relationships within a CRM system
Results-driven mindset – motivated by helping customers succeed and identifying opportunities for growth
Excellent communication skills – ability to build relationships, simplify complex ideas, and engage customers effectively
Adaptability in a fast-growing environment – comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up setting with shifting priorities
Commercial awareness – understanding of business dynamics, with an eye for identifying upsell and growth opportunities

What the job involves

Engage customers – Help new pharmacy clients get set up, understand the platform, and drive adoption
Monitor performance and provide insights – Track key metrics, analyse customer success data, and present actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities – Spot opportunities for pharmacies to expand their use of the platform and introduce new features
Develop and deliver campaigns – Work with marketing to create and execute customer engagement campaigns
Train and support customers – Conduct remote training sessions on best practices, industry trends, and troubleshooting
Build strong relationships – Act as the main point of contact for pharmacy clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction
