Role
Who you are
- Fluency in English is required for this role
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Tech-savvy with a background in associations, member-based organizations, event agencies, or event planning. Have all four? Bonus — as you’ll need to speak the language of our prospects day in and day out
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite
- Attention to detail and a strong and consistent work ethic
- A desire for feedback, adapting to changes, and learning very quickly
- A love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your processes
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
- Willingness and aptitude to learn the technical aspects of the platform
- Genuine curiosity & excitement to continue to build a career in sales
- Obtained a Bachelor's degree or relevant College equivalent
- A hunter at heart. You live for the thrill of finding new opportunities and closing deals
- Fearlessly creative. You see challenges as opportunities and are willing to try different approaches to engage your cold prospects

- REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
- You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed
What the job involves
- Are you a passionate sales extraordinaire looking for your next challenge? EventMobi is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to join our growing sales team!
- Hunt and close new business by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a pipeline of sales-qualified prospects to achieve sales targets
- Manage our inbound sales channel, becoming the first point of contact for prospective customers
- Proactively manage outbound campaigns of target prospects that meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) and are a good potential fit for our solutions
- Research and enrich prospective customer contacts to engage in personalized outreaches
- Perform cold calls, InMails & emails to book initial prospecting meetings
- Conduct demos with interested prospects and advance them through your pipeline
- Attend industry trade shows, events and occasional prospect meetings, building relationships with your prospects both in person and remotely
- Follow a structured workflow to ensure prioritized & regularly scheduled follow-ups with your prospects
- Maintain a clean and up-to-date sales pipeline forecast
- Leverage a mix of communication methods (phone, meeting, social media, emails) to engage your prospects proactively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets (activity level, booked meetings, total revenue)
- Become an EventMobi product expert
- Reporting to the UK Director of Sales and being part of our global sales team, you’ll work alongside an all-star team of Sales pros from across the globe who are passionate about serving our customers and enjoy collaborating with a healthy dose of friendly competition
- You’ll also work closely with the Marketing team to identify messaging that resonates with our buyers (namely, event planners) to target personas that will find the most value in the EventMobi Solution

Event management platform EventMobi has been in the game for a while and has accrued a highly competitive range of features. The SaaS platform includes analytics, networking tools, hybrid streaming and live translation options, and professional services like event production and management.
The streaming and live video translation tools have proven especially useful with the pivot to virtual events that's occurred over recent years. This led to a flurry of startups catering to virtual/hybrid events, but EventMobi’s breadth of services gives the company a strong edge over its competitor's relatively less substantial offerings.
