Role
Who you are
- You bring significant experience of leading an agile team in a coach/servant leader role (e.g. as Scrum Master, Agile Coach)
- Expertise in agile methodologies, ideally certified in a recognized agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in agile software development
- Commercial environments is a plus strong facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- You strive by taking decisions quickly and fearlessly
- Experience in supporting employee development and personal growth, ideally in people coaching & leadership
- You speak fluent English; any additional language is a plus
What the job involves
- Coaching teams to optimize collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking and focus on delivering results
- Leading agile ceremonies and guiding teams towards timely delivery and building the right products right
- Proactively identifying and eliminating impediments to ensure productivity and team happiness
- Efficient communication with stakeholders and fostering decision making
- Being part of the leadership team by handling people management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coaching people individually for their personal development in their current role and for future roles
Our take
If you've ever tried to source a part for a car repair, you'll know it can be a real nightmare. Vehicles are precision instruments but with a lack of standardisation, identifying the exact part you need can extremely difficult. TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
