What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in both customer success and implementations 🤠
- Support the Implementation Lead to ensure new customers and key deals are onboarded successfully, delivering a smooth and efficient go-live experience
- 🎓 Coordinate and run training sessions for new adopters, helping customers understand and use the Joy platform effectively
- 📋 Work closely on larger accounts to track key milestones, assist in project management tasks, and ensure implementation deadlines are met
- 🤝 Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted point of contact and ensuring they see value from the platform
- ️ Troubleshoot customer queries and create helpful resources like how-to guides, videos, and FAQs to empower users
- 📊 Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure successful onboarding
- 💡 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing customer feedback and insights to improve product features, workflows, and processes
- 📈 Play a critical role in improving implementation and onboarding workflows, helping scale processes as the business grows
