Role
Who you are
- Have relevant sales professional experience (>1 year incl. internships), already did cold calling and ideally in the SaaS/Tech sector
- English, Spanish or Italian as your mother tongue and you speak the other two at a high professional level
- Be willing to work from Paris, France
- Be a social chameleon and adapt to your counterpart in a flash, adjusting tone, speed and flow of information
- Have impressive verbal and written communication skills: you can put complex issues into simple words
- Be able to keep the big picture in mind and can prioritize your to-dos properly
- Bonus points: you’ve already mastered Salesforce and new digital tools (Apollo.io, Outreach, linkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, etc..)
What the job involves
- Within the "Outbound" team, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, pitching our solution, and owning the qualification process in International markets
- Identify high-level interlocutors and decision-makers in targeted companies (small and medium businesses) and make the first outbound contact with them
- Develop in-depth expertise about electronic signatures as well as Yousign’s value proposition (sales pitch, objections, etc.) in order to identify the needs of prospects and create excitement and enthusiasm about our products
- Independently manage your acquisition channels: Linkedin, mailing, networking, etc..
- Work hand in hand with the Operations team on growth topics, which are key for the development of our “Outbound” activities (lead generation, sales automation, CRM improvement, etc.)
- Consistently update our CRM (yes, that's part of it too ), with the aim of ensuring high data quality. Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity
- As a true spokesperson for the company, you will be the first point of contact for our future International clients
- Our lead gen teams are our own sales Academy and they can grow into other sales team (like AE or Account Management for example)!

Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
