What the job involves

As a Manager, Technology Project & Program Management, you will lead a team and be accountable for the performance and results of your departmental area
In this role, you will manage complex IT projects, driving progress from inception to successful completion, and utilizing your leadership skills to foster a high-performing team environment. Your strategic vision will ensure projects meet all specifications within budget and on time
In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, IT Operations
Manage a team of project managers and support staff
Oversee multiple complex IT projects across various domains
Develop project plans and manage project risks
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
Mentor and develop team members
Coordinate resource allocation across various projects
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments
Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
Develop and implement best practices and standards
Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives
