Creative Lead, POSH

• A social-first approach to storytelling, an impeccable eye for visual aesthetic, and strong experience in photo and video production

• We are seeking a Social Media Creative Lead to own the organic strategy, production, and execution of digital content across POSH’s social channels
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be a driving force on our internal creative team, working with external partners and creators to produce social-first content on youth culture, live experiences, arts, fashion, nightlife, and memes
• Part creator, part analytical strategist, this role is perfect for a jack-of-all-trades who is eager to build a pioneering voice in an algorithmically driven world
• Own the creative planning and execution of campaign and evergreen content across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Conceptualize and produce ongoing viral videos, mini-docs, interviews, event recaps, BTS, and memes focused on our organizers, community, and the broader live experiences culture
• Regularly work with creators, artists, musicians, and tastemakers at some of the best live experiences around the world
• Collaborate with internal departments and brief external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging
• Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
• Optimize content strategies for engagement and provide reports on creative performance, trends, and competitive insights
