Marketing Associate, Shuffle

• 2-4 years of experience working in marketing (Growth, Content, Social Media, Performance, Brand, Product, etc.)
• Ideally, you have a track record of bringing a new product/brand from 0 to 1 successfully
• Strong content creation skills; you know what good content looks like and have hands-on experience crafting compelling content
• Capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines with autonomy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

Desirable

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling content strategy for Shuffle that builds Shuffle’s brand and drives app installs
• Social Media Management: Own the overall day-to-day management of our social media channels (post planning & scheduling, community engagement, and reporting)
• Growth: Spot and act on any new opportunities for Shuffle to grow its userbase, such as but not limited to paid ads, events, and partnerships
• Partnerships: Collaborate with media and influencers to design and execute impactful campaigns
• Brand: Steward the Shuffle brand by refining our brand narrative and core messaging and ensuring our written and visual content is high-quality and consistent across all channels

• Initial Call with the Founders Associate (20 minutes): This introductory conversation allows us to get to know each other. We’ll ask you a few basic questions to assess your fit for the role, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask about the company and its culture
• Behavioural Interview (45 minutes): In this interview, a member of the Shuffle team will dive deeper into your past experiences and try to better understand whether you will be able to exceed in the role and company
• Take-Home Task & Co-founder Interview (45 minutes): We’ll provide a short take-home exercise to evaluate how your experience and skill set align with the role’s requirements. Once completed, you will have the chance to talk through your work with one of the co-founders of Shuffle
• Meet the Team (30 minutes): You’ll be invited to our Hoxton office for drinks or coffee. This is a chance to meet the rest of the team, experience the company culture firsthand, and ask any final questions
