Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic, energetic, and inspired by the health & wellness industry. The right candidate is proactive and possesses exceptional organisational skills, with a knack for clear and efficient communication. You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Creative Communications and working with the wider Brand Marketing team, playing a pivotal role in executing key marketing strategies, coordinating impactful projects, and building successful relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. - Proven Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Content Management Systems: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with project and content management tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar - with a focus on enhancing team efficiency and project outcomes
- Operational/Organisational Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an operational or organisational role, ideally within a marketing or creative team, where you’ve developed strong skills in prioritising tasks and managing workflows
- Luxury Health & Wellness Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the luxury health and wellness market, with experience or a deep interest in brand marketing within this sector
- Project Coordination Expertise: The ability to independently manage and coordinate complex projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Organisational Prowess: Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in delivering high-quality work, catching the small things others might miss, and ensuring our brand is always presented to the highest standard
- Confident Communicator: You’re comfortable speaking up, whether in meetings, with stakeholders, or when managing projects. Clear & effective communication is your superpower

What the job involves
- O Proactively and diligently oversee all projects for the Brand team, identifying key business priorities to align efforts effectively
- O Drive the company's content output calendar, ensuring timely and relevant activity and activations across brand channels
- O Proactively and independently communicating project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and maximising ROI
- O Contribute to production workflow processes to enhance efficiency, whilst actively refining ways of working to increase overall team productivity and efficiency
- O Organise and maintain marketing materials, including digital assets, product information, and promotional content
- O Work closely with the Brand, Performance Marketing, Comms & Community, Copy, and Design departments, adopting a "Lean In" approach to wider business needs
- O Maintain effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all organisational levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key metrics
- O Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand-marketing projects across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, PR, and more, creating draft copy for project briefs where necessary
- O Support the monitoring and analysis of marketing campaigns and activations, using data and analytics to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement
- O Develop a deep understanding of all Lumity products and product categories, including core competitors, to support execution and coordination of tasks
- O Develop a deep understanding of the Lumity customer lifecycle across all existing product categories to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation for the Marketing team
- O Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
