Who you are
- This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or end-user desktop support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Demonstrated proficiency with Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS
- Demonstrated proficiency with MDM tools (Intune, JAMF, BigFix)
- Proficient in Bash/Shell scripting; experience with automation of basic tasks using Bash/Shell/Python scripts
- Experience with remote support tools and technologies
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., Azure)
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and successfully manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills with all types of people and personalities
- A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-through
- Passion for technology and delivering great customer service
Desirable
- Experience with aerospace or high-tech manufacturing
- Current active DoD TS/SCI clearance
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 technical support to employees, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing support via phone, email, remote tooling (Teams/BigFix), and in-person interactions
- Be a point of contact for your assigned office, collaborating with IT Engineering, AV, and Workplace teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and support macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS environments
- Ensure ongoing usability of client computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards (desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, etc.)
- Ensure in-office AV equipment in conference rooms is maintained and working properly, providing support when needed
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including hardware deployment, equipment setup, and software provisioning
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of new hardware and software including macOS, Windows, True Anomaly engineering software, and O365 tooling
- Provide support for core software platforms including O365, Teams, and company SaaS applications
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical support requests and resolutions; assist in keeping our knowledge base and documentation up-to-date
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security
- Become familiar with all aspects of our IT environment to help support, maintain, and scale it
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide IT/Technical support 24/7; this position requires the ability to respond to critical tickets/incidents outside of regular working hours

True Anomaly is a space tech startup composed of former military operators and engineers. The Colorado-based company is focused on building spacecraft and software solutions designed to secure U.S. commercial and military interests in space. It has already developed a fully-integrated platform with seamless satellite, navigation, and data-capture technologies that provide security and training for the quickly evolving space market.
Founded in 2022, True Anomaly has already designed its first spacecraft, the Jackal Autonomous Orbital Vehicle, which can be used to train operators on the ground or as intelligence-gathering tools against adversarial spacecraft. Alongside this, the startup has built a 35,000-square-foot facility in Denver to manufacture the Jackals.
With impressive capital gained in 2023 and 2025, the company validated the Jackal's technical and operational capabilities and made the necessary investments to scale production. And with its most recent capital injection, the company is ready to fund space missions and further scale its operations.
