Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing for B2B companies
- Experience with digital marketing and paid media channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, marketing automation tools like Marketo, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Demonstrated history developing and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns that directly drive pipeline growth and revenue
- Background in using intent data to inform targeting and ABM strategy and experience with data analysis
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building campaigns and programs to reach business decision makers, experience with Demandbase, digital marketing and paid media channels

- Exceptional written communication skills
- Demonstrated strategic and tactical thinking, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience working with a global team
- Experience with targeting senior leaders in L&D, HR, Data, and Tech personas in the business sector a plus

- Experience marketing a SaaS offering preferred
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and execute global ABM strategies that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue for key accounts
- Develop and execute global ABM strategies aligned with business objectives, which can be adapted for use at the regional level
- Create and implement personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns across various channels, including email, social, digital ads, webinars, events, web, and direct mail
- Utilize tools such as Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce to implement, track, and analyze ABM activities, ensuring seamless reporting and analytics
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, continuously testing and adjusting demand tactics and strategies to improve results and maximize ROI
- Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to provide them with the necessary insights, tools, and personalized outreach sequences to effectively prospect and follow up on target accounts
