Who you are
- If you're passionate about developing user-centric solutions that empower teams to thrive in a hybrid work environment, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!
- 6 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in the B2B realm
- Strong understanding of UI and UX best practices across both mobile and web platforms, with a demonstrated ability to deliver seamless user experiences
- Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; German or French is a plus

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in line with company objectives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Design
- Streamline and expand product operations for scalability and efficiency
- Implement growth strategies to boost user acquisition, activation, and monetisation
- Identify and prioritize improvements to the application's UI and UX
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the product from conception to launch

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
