Staff Accountant, Rula

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Solid foundational knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables) or Google Sheets
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address issues as they arise
• A high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in handling financial data and confidential information

• We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support the daily operations of Rula’s Accounting team as the company continues to grow
• In this role, you will help ensure invoices are processed accurately, cash activity is tracked carefully, and monthly financial close tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail
• You will work closely with a collaborative Accounting team and partner with teammates across Finance to support reliable financial reporting that helps the business operate smoothly
