Account Executive, Join

• Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive outreach and account analysis
• Present JOIN’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven way – in German and English
• Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Hubspot
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, GTM and Product to deliver maximum value to clients
• Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment
• Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and book meetings
• Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks
• Analyse results and continuously improve your sales performance and acumen

• ✔ Comfortable owning targets and driving strategic client development

• You’ll drive growth across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria – working directly with companies of all sizes, from SMBs to enterprise clients
