Who you are
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar position
- At least 1 year of experience in a Product Marketing or Commercial role
- Good understanding of software development and SaaS dynamics
- Remarkable enthusiasm and will in supporting iubenda’s growth
- High proficiency in English
- Exceptional soft skills and team spirit
Desirable
- Previous experience working in CMS and/or plugins product management (i.e., Shopify, WordPress, Wix)
- Previous experience in start-up, and scale-up working environments
- Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is more than welcome
- Hands-on experience in software development and/or legal
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team and to be responsible for fully managing CMS plugins from a product/business point of view
- On top of that, you will act as a bridge among different departments, such as operations, marketing, and software development
- You will be reporting to our Head of Product and will be responsible for the plugins used in all the various CMS
- You will be in charge of defining product roadmaps and strategies; allocating resources and revenue; achieving growth-related goals; proposing and announcing new features and implementations; highlighting successes and improvable areas; and documenting processes and relevant pieces of information
