What the job involves
- We’re looking for a visionary VP of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help us scale to new heights
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our brand’s vision and strategy
- You will set the bar high, leading a dynamic team of Product Marketers, Designers, and Marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results
- Product-driven Strategy: Work with the CEO, VP of Product, VP of Sales, and senior leadership to craft go-to-market plans, ensuring Product Marketing is equipped to define positioning and messaging that sets us up for long-term success
- Planning and Investment: Set strategic marketing priorities and metrics, ensuring marketing investments unlock growth and maximize ROI
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop strategies that support revenue goals and improve conversion rates
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
- Customer Insight and Market Positioning: Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and market dynamics. Use insights to inform strategic marketing initiatives, enhance product positioning, and drive customer engagement
- Vision: Shape the vision for the Roomvo brand and all future Leap Tools brands, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand identity across all markets and channels

Our take
Leap Tools is an AR visualization platform that helps retail customers visualize the products they want to buy within their own homes. Using augmented reality, it purports to increase eCommerce conversion rates by five times and increase web transactions by 10%.
Through its visualization app Roomvo, Leap Tools is able to show what products - mainly homeware and furniture - will look like alongside people's other possessions. The idea is to turn potential customers to real customers because they don't have to rely on their imagination.
This simple solution solves a leading problem in eCommerce at a time when the majority of all shopping journeys begin, if not end, online. Leap Tools made its way onto Deloitte’s Fast 500 and Fast 50 for Canada in 2022, indicating a real interest in the product visualization software.
