Role
Who you are
- This is a role for someone who can operate across activation, engagement, retention, and system design - someone who’s led product in complex, cross-functional, ambiguous environments and wants to design how millions of people interact with their health journey at home
- We don’t care about specific years of experience, we care about your ability to move quickly, collaborate deeply, and bring structure to messiness. Bonus points if you’ve lived in the messy middle of healthcare, logistics, and digital product
- A track record of building and scaling B2B2C or DTC health platforms (digital health preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with regulated channels, privacy-sensitive data, and working within healthcare, insurance, or highly operational ecosystems
- Strong analytical chops and a deep belief in measuring what matters
- Empathy for patients navigating complex care journeys and a desire to make those journeys easier
- Experience across the activation to retention funnel, including onboarding, usage, re-engagement, and education
What the job involves

- This is not a traditional B2B SaaS product role
- This is not a brand marketing role
- This is real-world problem solving at the intersection of care delivery, logistics, patient behavior change, and engagement infrastructure
- You'll report directly to our Co-founder & Head of Product and ollaborate across ops, marketing, engineering, and partnerships to drive end-to-end activation and product adoption
- Architect our activation experience across referral, list-based, and DTC flows
- Build elegant, empathetic experiences that help patients understand their care, complete insurance onboarding, receive their supplies, and stay engaged over time
- Collaborate with operations, care teams, engineering, and growth to define the roadmap
- Build internal tooling and infrastructure to improve funnel efficiency, experimentation, and retention
- Define and track patient and product KPIs across acquisition and engagement
- Set up measurement infrastructure and experimentation systems to drive compounding improvement across funnels
- Partner closely with our payer partnerships team to build experiences that help activate assigned populations from health plans
- Support the provider channel by aligning product features with provider referral flows
- Collaborate with the growth team on lifecycle strategy, messaging architecture, and conversion optimization
- Ship quickly, iterate constantly, and make sure everything we build serves our mission and drives measurable outcomes

The rising prevalence of chronic conditions requiring prolonged treatment is continuing to drive the telehealth market and squeeze available healthcare resources. Better Health offers a personalized home-based chronic condition management solution to reduce the overall utilization of care.
The company bundles peer support, education, telehealth and home delivery of medical supplies into one solution, which helps customers tailor their condition management and access further education. Its insurance partners include Medicare, Medicaid and Oscar Health.
Better Health targets ostomy and urology patients, who often don’t receive enough care and support following their surgeries. It plans to further expand its model into new categories of chronic conditions and products, and expand its partnerships.
