What the job involves
- As FISPAN’s Content Marketing Manager, you will take on full ownership of the content strategy and execution for the organization
- You will oversee the production of all content across multiple platforms, and ensure that content supports the broader marketing and business objectives
- This role includes content planning, website management, and performance optimization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Deliver all marketing content - from writing, editing, and quality assurance
- Work closely with the Executive Team, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure bank and channel partners have all the assets and collateral needed to support their growing functions
- Conduct in-depth content audits and optimize content for SEO and performance
- Monitor content KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide regular performance reports to leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to create content that aligns with business goals
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure the timely delivery of content
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and new technologies
- Collaborate with the PR team on the strategy and execution of our social media content calendar

It’s no help that this group has historically been radically underserved by legacy banks, but now the tide is turning: many banking institutions are doubling down on improving the quality and efficiency of their commercial banking solutions, and software company FISPAN is helping them get there.
FISPAN helps companies embed their commercial banking services into the existing ERP or accounting software their customers use to run their business. It’s a great way for banks to outsource the level of innovation required to keep up with commercial client demand - and, therefore, a great way of competing with the more agile neobanks, who are siphoning off legacy banking clients in substantial numbers.
FISPAN’s astute positioning has made its platform increasingly attractive for banks under pressure to keep up with the break-neck pace of change in fintech. It’s taking advantage of it too, with plans to expand to the lucrative European and Asian Pacific banking markets.
