Role
Who you are
- We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience who can provide fearless feedback
- 3–5 years of experience in startups, with a strong execution track record
- Prior experience in a business operations, data analyst, or similar role
- Deep familiarity with serving B2C customers, understanding their behaviors, needs, and preferences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
- Effective communication in English and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem solver
- Passion for working at the intersection of strategy and execution
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly

- We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, incubating new products, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the company

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch new product offerings
- Conduct market research and analysis to validate product ideas
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product pilots
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop GTM strategies for new and existing products
- Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns and launches
- Lead data analysis to uncover insights that inform product and business decisions
- Build dashboards and reports to track operational performance and identify areas of improvement
- Establish and maintain a regular cadence of business reviews, tracking progress against goals
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across teams
