Who you are
- The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of experience in integrated campaign management, preferably within professional services, B2B, or technology sectors, and demonstrates a strong command of audience targeting, adoption and implementation of AI, performance analytics and agile execution
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign management; professional services or B2B experience required
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid social platforms
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboard/reporting tools
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

What the job involves
- At Sikich, the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist – Demand Generation plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives across paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital channels
- This role is embedded within the Digital Core Team and supports firmwide marketing efforts aligned with Sikich’s national brand strategy and cross-practice collaboration goals
- This role will execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, display, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, programmatic)
- Align ad messaging with Sikich’s brand voice and vertical-specific audience needs in partnership with creative and content teams
- Implement retargeting and nurture strategies to support lead progression and conversion
- Responsible for campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and A/B testing
- Facilitate vendor relationships and platform operations for media buying, analytics, and reporting
- Build and execute targeted ABM programs in collaboration with business development and vertical marketing leads
- Use CRM insights to personalize outreach and align with strategic client segments
- Monitor engagement across accounts to refine messaging and identify conversion opportunities
- Track campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPL, MQLs, and ROI
- Deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and inform broader marketing strategy
- Collaborate with analytics and CE teams to integrate campaign data into firmwide dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Partner with SEO, PR, and content teams to ensure alignment across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Work closely with social media and content teams to support paid and organic initiatives, including brand advocacy and employer branding
- Support integrated launches, firmwide initiatives, and business development campaigns with digital strategy and media execution
- Work with brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies
- Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals
