Who you are

5+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS or deep tech marketing
Strong track record with full-funnel demand gen and pipeline ownership
Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and demand experiments
Deep familiarity with ICP mapping, segmentation, and value-based messaging
Skilled in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, and Salesforce
Comfortable working with SEO and paid media agency partners
Strong analytical mindset—you measure everything and iterate fast
Experience marketing to both technical (e.g., developers) and enterprise buyers
Able to operate independently in fast-paced environments and prioritize based on impact
Bonus: experience with open-source developer communities

Desirable

Background in marketing LLM or AI technologies
Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
Familiarity with RevOps or growth analytics tooling
Experience with event marketing (webinars, roundtables, field events)

What the job involves

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own demand generation, funnel optimization, and campaign experimentation across the full customer journey—from first touch to expansion.
You’ll run multi-channel programs, test and scale what works, and drive pipeline growth across ICPs and use cases. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on ownership and iteration

Our take

Natural Language Processing (NLP) is at the core of many modern enterprise data processing workflows, from complex data processes to customer service chatbots. The company's goal is to make modern NLP as easy as possible to apply in a practical and scalable way, and states major use cases of its API for automated data analysis, customer satisfaction, fraud monitoring, and regulatory actions.

Whilst NLP has been implemented by many enterprises such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft, options for companies without dedicated AI experts have been limited, making Deepset's open-source approach highly beneficial to many industries. Lately, the company has introduced custom AI agent solution architecture, which will enable companies to deploy AI agents across cloud and on-premise environments.
