Role

Who you are

  • You have a strong B2B Sales and/or Partnerships record & you want to build a SaaS Partnerships function from the ground up.
  • Strong interest and curiosity on building two types of Partnerships: 1) Tech partnerships that help power our solution and 2) Partnerships with Agencies that re-sell the Userled platform to their clients.
  • Ambitious go-getter who will help make the target of 25% of revenue to be attributed to Partnerships.
  • You want to autonomous in managing sometimes complex Partnerships cycles with the world’s leading Tech platforms and Marketing Agencies.
  • You are highly motivated and willing to learn about the space we operate in and the businesses we sell to + come up with new innovative ways to think about the Partnerships function.
  • Ability to negotiate agreements ensuring mutual value, with regular reviews and tracking of the partnership value.
  • You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting

Desirable

  • Have had prior experience (not a necessity but a plus) of developing muti-faceted partnership strategies for key Partner groups
  • You’re a master at nurturing relationships and have the gravitas to network with and sell to senior stakeholders; you can win people over
  • You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You want to rise faster than would be possible in any ‘normal’ career and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required

What the job involves

  • The first dedicated hire to building out Userled's Partnerships motion
  • Building at least two types of Partnerships avenues: 1) Tech partnerships that help power our solution and 2) Partnerships with Agencies that re-sell the Userled platform to their clients.
  • Coming up and spearheading our Partnerships strategy to move the needle on everything GTM (go-to market).
  • You'll work alongside Growth Marketing, Sales and wider GTM team to lead Partnerships that align with Userled's OKRs.
  • On Tech Partnerships, you'll work alongside the CTO and Engineering team to triage what tech integrations are a necessity to drive Sales and which are lower priority.
  • You’ll join us at the earliest stage possible and have the opportunity to shape the company and learn from an exceptional team.

With Google and Apple announcing the deprecation of 3rd party cookies, a market downturn & increased focus on capital efficiency make Userled even more vital a tool for companies. It has grown a respectable client base including the likes of Firebolt and Vanta. With funding to its name, the next steps for the company include continued hiring to build upon its marketing technology products.
