Role
Who you are
- Versana is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our UX team
- BS or BA in human-computer interaction/user experience
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- 2+ years of design system work including Figma component library
- Ability to navigate between multiple products and stakeholders
- Ability to find a balance between creativity and upholding UX standards
- Strong UX research skills
- Knowledge of WCAG guidelines
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to partner with various internal teams

- Light front-end skills
What the job involves
- This role will support the fast-growing product and engineering teams while maintaining the design system library and UX standards
- Reporing to our UX Lead, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between design, business, and technology by conducting user interviews and executing on design deliverables
- Design, build and maintain reusable and consistent components in Figma
- Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes
- Conduct user interviews to gather feedback from users
- Execute usability tests, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights
- Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions
- Map user journeys and identify pain points or opportunities for improvement
- Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented

Versana has an impressive investor list, with the likes of Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Citibank all pitching into its 2024 VC round. With backing from huge banking players, Versana is in a strong position to roll out its digitising platform to new markets and customers.
