Who you are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in business development and sales within a fast-paced tech startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and prospects
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify trends
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or sales outreach platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic data analysis tools

What the job involves
- As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and helping drive growth initiatives
- You'll conduct market research, assist in lead generation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for expanding the business
- This role provides hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and business development within a fast-paced tech startup environment
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential partners
- Assist in prospecting and outreach efforts by identifying and qualifying leads through various channels
- Support the sales team in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and partners
- Help maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information to track engagement and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and partnerships
- Participate in meetings and networking opportunities to gain hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and business development within a fast-paced startup environment
