Customer Sales Director, dbt Labs

• Have 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change
• Possesses strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences
• Are proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business

• We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow our customer base. This role is a hybrid-based role in Austin, Texas (3 days in office preferred)
• Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts
• Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas
• Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value
