• We are looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across our events portfolio
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Managers, you will help execute multi-channel campaigns that drive visitor attendance, engagement, and revenue
• This is a hands-on role that combines content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing, social media, and stakeholder communication
• You will play an important role in ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule, while helping to maintain strong audience engagement across digital and live event channels
• Campaign Planning & Delivery:
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve visitor and revenue targets
• Assist in the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, partnerships and print
• Work to campaign timelines and event deadlines, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately and on time
• Content & Creative Execution:
• Produce high-quality, engaging marketing materials and copy tailored to key audience segments
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all channels
• Support delivery of event content and features (e.g. talks, workshops, features, exhibitions) within marketing campaigns
• Digital & Channel Management:
• Deliver email marketing campaigns (including segmentation and scheduling) in line with campaign strategy
• Maintain and update event websites, ensuring content accuracy, strong UX, and alignment with campaigns
• Support implementation of digital activity including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media
• Stakeholder & Partner Coordination:
• Support relationships with agencies, media partners, suppliers, sponsors, exhibitors, and industry organisations
• Assist with sponsorship materials and delivery of sponsor benefits
• Liaise with exhibitors to maximise participation in marketing activity pre-, during, and post-event
• Performance & Reporting:
• Support campaign reporting and ticket sales tracking
• Monitor marketing performance and audience engagement insights
• Assist in the preparation of post-event reports and performance summaries
• Onsite Delivery:
• Support onsite marketing activity, including capturing digital assets, maintaining social media and looking after partners
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing-related operations during live events
• Must be willing and able to work at all events in the portfolio including build up days
