Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

What the job involves
- Tentree is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team
- In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to drive significant impact across the organization by coordinating the creation and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance
- Collaborating closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, Content, and Merchandising teams, you will help deliver a seamless, consistent experience for our customers across all touchpoints
- You will coordinate the creation and execution of large-scale campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising
- You will utilize Google Analytics to develop insights and actionable items aimed at increasing reach and revenue month-over-month
- You will report on weekly campaign performance and share results with the appropriate teams
- You will collaborate closely with our brand and creative teams to brief ad asks and content strategies that maximize performance on Facebook Ads, YouTube, and the Display Network
- You will conduct competitive and macro-level research to stay informed on changes in the digital marketing industry that could impact the overall success of paid media campaigns
- You will maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of all performance marketing channels by staying updated on changes in ad auctions, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies
- You will develop a keen eye for digital marketing advertising, identifying unique components or factors of an ad that could improve brand awareness or engagement from the target audience

However, less attention is being put on the importance of trees and natural habitats to the planet, which are routinely destroyed by large brands within clothing and other industries.
Tentree sells sustainable clothing and accessories, aiming to provide organic clothing that minimizes its carbon footprint whilst contributing to sustainability projects. The company achieves this by promising to plant ten trees for every product sold, manufacturing its products through sustainable materials at ethical factories, and collaborating with habitat preservers such as National Geographic.
Whilst other brands claim to plant trees whenever they sell a product, Tentree stands out by existing primarily as a sustainable B Corporation helping habitat preservation, whilst also planting trees to counteract its carbon footprint. The company takes this further by ensuring that the materials used and the manufacturing process are carbon-minimal, ultimately contributing to the company becoming fully carbon-negative.
