AML Specialist, First AML

• As the first point of contact for our customers and their clients - we'll be looking at you to provide an exceptional and efficient experience every time!
• You'll have a dedicated caseload to care for - welcoming and onboarding each customer, communicating with them via phone and email
• You will complete the end to end CDD (customer verification and due diligence process) process ensuring compliance with the legislation
• Care daily for your individual caseload to ensure it progresses through the platform efficiently
• As the voice of First AML you'll jump at the chance to improve experiences and streamline processes
• You'll be confident and look forward to making 10+ calls a day to your customers
