Growth and Engagement Lead, Zero Gravity

• Proven experience in digital marketing, community engagement, and making an impact in education or careers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Experience in delivering data-driven engagement initiatives and experiments, with a relentless focus on measuring impact and continuously optimising strategies based on data
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and connect with a growing community of Zero Gravity members
• Comfortable working in a non strictly-defined, startup environment and eager to learn
• Deep knowledge of the UK education and early careers sector

Desirable

• Support the implementation of strategies aimed at driving member engagement on the Zero Gravity platform, to increase retention and usage of key platform features such as mentoring, masterclasses, learning pathways, and job opportunities
• Help increase user retention through creative initiatives and campaigns, ensuring members actively engage with new and existing platform features
• Assist with developing and executing initiatives to attract new users to the platform, particularly students from low-opportunity areas
• Lead the creation of content for both external and internal audiences. This includes writing student-facing materials (blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy) to drive new user acquisition. You'll also produce engaging educational content like masterclass videos, reels, readings, polls, and quizzes to help retain and activate existing members
• Collaborate on planning and executing community virtual/in-person events, including masterclasses, webinars and workshops
• Assist with monitoring campaign performance, collecting user insights, and contributing ideas to refine strategies for increased impact
• Work with the product team to ensure alignment between engagement activities and new features, providing member insights to inform product development
