What the job involves

To support our rapid growth and the opening of strategic new accounts, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Strategic & Mid-market) dedicated to specific important accounts (CHU, CH and large medical groups)
By mastering our technology, you help them stay focused on what matters most: caring for their patients. You don’t just manage accounts, you ensure our tools deliver their full promise to save lives at scale
Direct Report: Anaïs (Lead CSM)
Collaboration: You will work closely with the Customer Success team, the Sales department, and the Product team
Your core mission will be to onboard, retain and grow our most strategic hospital accounts in France:
Strategic Onboarding & Leadership: Lead deployments in large centers, managing medical professionals and experts in their field to ensure seamless adoption
Account Management & Retention: Build long-term ties with demanding medical teams through active listening and professional excellence
Training & Expertise: Master the platform to train medical staff, simplifying complex features to ensure their full autonomy
Upsell & Growth: Proactively identify and negotiate opportunities to expand the volume and value of your accounts
Field Presence: Build trust through regular site visits and participation in key medical congresses. This represents ~40% travel on average, occurring in seasonal peaks
Transversal Projects: Work on high-impact initiatives (ex: Marketing, Ops) to improve our global CSM efficiency

Our take

The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.

Implicity develops software to monitor and analyze the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much MedTech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyze the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.

Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
