Product Manager, PDI Technologies

• 3-5 years’ experience in a software product management or project management role
• Data-driven thinking/decision-making and the ability to solve problems quickly
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) tailored for each of a wide variety of audiences
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodologies, with relevant experience in all phases of the product life cycle
• Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• UX/UI design experience
• Experience in leading decision making and working with leadership to make product decisions and create a path forward
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and work breakdowns
• Understands the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• PDI Technologies is looking for a Product Manager to help manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying sizes from start to finish for our nationwide consumer facing loyalty program
• Work with Executive and LOB leadership to define the product vision, roadmaps and priorities
• Work closely with Support teams to bring awareness and understanding of new features and enable them to provide support to our customers as new functionality is deployed
• Analyze business needs and develop process documents to help operationalize the use and implementation of products and services
• Use a disciplined approach in an Agile environment to assist in analysis and determination of preferred solutions to technical challenges
• Own the process and creation of developing and publishing clear Business Requirements by working with customers and business teams to understand requested functionality
• Partner with Business and Engineering teams to identify core metrics that will provide valuable information used by LOB leaders to make decisions that direct Product growth
• Be the voice of the company to target customers, and develop a feedback circle to test new software-based product concepts in real customer environments
• Work with Legal, Business Development and Sales teams to ensure customer agreements are viable and SLA’s can be met
• Serve as a product evangelist, particularly with Sales, Business Development, LOB Leadership and other business teams to help them understand the vision and roadmap of the platform
• Develop sales collateral to enable field teams to be more effective (including presentations, tailored proposals, scripts, etc.)
• Collaborate with teams to review output during sprints, answer questions about desired functionality/outcomes
• Create marketing collateral including case studies, one sheet, whitepapers, FAQs, feature-benefit sheets and company website collateral
• Own product launches end-to-end – working closely with marketing and other product management teams to ensure successful releases
• Strive to employ the company’s existing licensing and business system models, enhancing or evolving those systems or models when necessary
• Present highly technical concepts to all levels of business leadership (BA to CEO)
• Work with business teams to create the overall go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans
• Work with business teams to develop pricing strategies to maximize sales and drive market share
